USAG Teams Level 2-10

Since 2008, our students have been winning awards at competitions including state and all-star championships! The classes in our invitation-only pre-team and invitational programs are longer and meet several times per week in order to develop your child into a competitive gymnast. We personally select and invite children enrolled in our preschool and recreational classes who demonstrate exceptional strength, flexibility, age-appropriate gymnastics skills, and work ethic.

Our competition classes include:

• Hot Shots: An advanced class for girls ages 4-6 years old that meets once or twice a week for 90 minutes.
• Super Stars: An intermediate gymnastics class for girls ages 7 or older that meets once or twice a week for 90 minutes.
• Shining Stars (USAG Pre-Team): An advanced gymnastics class for school age girls preparing to join our competitive USAG team. This class meets 2 days a week for 3 hours.
• Coming Soon - T.A.A.F. Team: This is a competitive class for girls ages five years and older. As compared to our USAG Team, this team practices fewer and has a lower cost associated with it.
• USAG Team: Levels 2-10.

For these classes, girls should wear a gymnastics leotard (one or two piece allowed) or unitard. Gymnastics shorts may be worn over leotard.
